All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–72 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Suproxz is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Multiple Packages
Items in the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
